Our service terms and policies

Subscription Terms
All subscriptions require a 12-month minimum commitment. This ensures we can dedicate the necessary resources to deliver high-quality results for your projects. Upon subscription activation, you will receive a welcome kit with detailed onboarding information.
Renewal notices are sent 30 days before the end of the commitment period. Automatic renewal applies unless cancelled in writing.
Payment Terms
Advance monthly payments are required for all active subscriptions. Invoices are generated on the 1st of each month and are due within 7 days.
- STARTER Package: ₹49,999/month (prepaid)
- GROWTH Package: ₹99,999/month (prepaid)
- ENTERPRISE Package: Custom pricing (as per agreement)
- Corporate Membership: Annual payment with 15% discount
Late payments incur a 10% late fee. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and UPI.
Revision Policy
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds:
- STARTER: 1 revision round
- GROWTH: 2 revision rounds
- ENTERPRISE: Unlimited revisions
Additional revisions may be charged at ₹5,000 per round. Revisions requested after final approval will be treated as new work.
Project Scope
Each project has clearly defined deliverable boundaries outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW). Any out-of-scope requests will be subject to additional charges based on the complexity and time required.
Scope changes must be documented in writing. A revised quote will be provided before proceeding.
Suspension Policy
Services may be suspended if payment is not received within 15 days of the due date. A reactivation fee of ₹10,000 will apply to restore services after suspension.
During suspension, all work will be paused and deliverables will not be accessible.
Intellectual Property Rights
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become the property of the client. Metever Technology retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Source files are provided only with ENTERPRISE package or as an add-on service.
Cancellation & Refund
Subscriptions may be cancelled after the 12-month minimum term with 30 days' written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused services.
Custom project cancellations are subject to work completed and non-refundable deposits.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, technical data, designs, and client information.
An NDA can be signed upon request before project discussions begin.
Limitation of Liability
Metever Technology's liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 6 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, internet outages) may delay delivery without penalty.
